Information for Vendors
The Viimsi Farmers Market welcomes farmers, small producers and local growers. You are also welcome if you have surplus produce from your own garden – whether it is herbs, vegetables or berries. The main requirement is simple: the products must be authentic and locally produced.
The market takes place every Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Viimsi Open-Air Museum. Vendors must be ready to trade by 10:00, with their stall prepared and products displayed. Parking is available next to the market area.

Market Rules and Conditions
At the Viimsi Farmers Market, it is allowed to sell: food products grown or produced in Estonia, local handicrafts and traditional products, fish products (regardless of country of origin).
The final decision on eligibility is made by the market organiser (Estonian Coastal Folk Museum representative).
Participation in the market requires prior registration (contact jekaterina@rrm.ee).
Vendors who have not registered may not be allowed to trade.
The vendor is personally responsible for ensuring that the goods accompanying documents, permits, quality certificates, and other required paperwork are in order.
Each vendor is responsible for: required documentation and permits, product quality and compliance, displaying business name or seller name and contact details, clearly marking product names and prices.
Market fees are paid at the museum ticket office or via invoice
Sales are permitted only during official market hours: Saturdays 10:00–14:00.
Vehicle access to the market area is only allowed with permission from the organiser. During market hours, driving on the market grounds is prohibited.

The Viimsi Farmers Market was established in June 2009 through the cooperation of the Museum of Coastal Folk, the Viimsi Association of Entrepreneurial Women and Harmoonikum.
The market continues to be organised by the Museum of Coastal Folk.
